**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize various systems and tools to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
* Provide expert-level support to customers, using a conversational approach to build trust and rapport
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Ability to type at least 25 WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* High school diploma or equivalent required; GED acceptable
