Schedule and Work Arrangements

As a part-time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at Blithequark, you will work 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This position can be fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers.
• Expeditiously and efficiently entering data to meet client turnaround times.
• Navigating efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry.
• Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines.
• Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times.
• Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may also be required to:

• Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Education, Licenses, and Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 6 months or more of experience in a data entry or typing-focused role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong data entry/typing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High degree of accuracy.

Assessment and Evaluation

If selected for further consideration, candidates will be required to complete an online alphanumeric data entry assessment. A minimum of 8,200 KSPH with a 98% accuracy rate is required for this position.
