**The Role**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be the face of our organization, providing friendly, courteous, and professional service to our internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Prompt recognition of internal and external customers
* Friendly and courteous interactions with customers in person or over the phone
* Resolving customer issues with minimal supervision
* Following up with customers in a timely fashion
* Handling payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines
* Maintaining accurate records using available technology
* Executing clerical service functions, including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering
* Updating and maintaining customer service reports and records
* Performing other duties as assigned

**Essential Qualifications**
