Our team is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed. **Job Description** As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications * Recommending the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth * Maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store displays * Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications * Recommend the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth * Maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store displays * Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
