We are looking for an experienced Zoho consultant to help us properly set up and optimize Zoho Books and Zoho CRM for our business.
This is not just a technical setup. We are looking for someone who understands both accounting and business operations, and can guide us in building a clean, scalable system.
Scope of work:
• Review our current setup in Zoho Books and CRM
• Set up and optimize the chart of accounts correctly
• Ensure proper alignment between accounting and business operations
• Work alongside our accountant to ensure accuracy and best practices
• Provide clear guidance on how transactions, reporting and workflows should be structured
• Train our internal team so they understand how to use the system properly
• Be available for ongoing support, improvements and adjustments as the business grows
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and explain concepts in a simple way
• Experience working with business owners and teams, not just doing technical setups
• Someone who can think, advise and improve, not just follow instructions
This will start with an initial setup and review phase, but we are looking for a long term working relationship for ongoing support and improvements.
