Early-stage CPG brand sold through convenience retail (QT, Sheetz, Circle K, Buc-ee's, independents). We need someone to design and run 2–3 controlled out-of-store marketing tests (geo-targeted digital, OOH, streaming/audio, retargeting) and measure whether they actually move product off shelves using store-level POS data. This is about proving what works, not just running ads.
Looking for someone with experience in growth/performance marketing or shopper marketing in CPG or retail. Strong background in designing controlled experiments (test vs. control, not just campaign reporting), geo-targeted digital, OOH, or retail media. Must be comfortable working with store-level sales data to measure real sell-through lift — not just impressions and clicks. Experience with convenience retail, regulated categories or beverage categories is a plus. Analytical mindset, self-starter, strong communication skills in English are essential.
~15–20 hrs/week, remote, US-based preferred. You'll report to our Head of Marketing and work with our analytics, sales, and trade marketing teams. Goal is to leave us with clear test readouts, a repeatable framework, and recommendations on where to scale or stop spend.
