We're now seeking an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow City Centre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' orders and enquiries are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Taking inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional service
* Providing quotations and processing orders with precision and accuracy
* Operating and maintaining spreadsheets to track customer interactions and orders
* Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
* Producing weekly reports to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Raising contracts and discussing with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
**What We Offer:**

* Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am - 5.30pm

**About You:**
We're looking for a customer-focused individual with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment. You'll have:
* Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
* Experience of working in the hire industry would be advantageous, but not essential
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize your workload
* Strong attention to detail and be highly organized
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
