Job Description:
• Ensures daily pricing in systems is consistent with published rates
• Processes special price requests and exceptions not covered by origination system
• Understands and applies Secondary Marketing Pricing Policy and product manuals
• Handles complex inquiries from internal customers and communicates policy details
• Develops and monitors reports to mitigate risk associated with rate lock policy exceptions
• Provides excellent customer service to all mortgage customers
• Trains new personnel in registration processes
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years mortgage or financial experience
• Good understanding of secondary marketing policies and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Read, write, and interpret policies/procedures
• Telephone skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good mathematic ability and analytical skills, attention to detail
