Lead the development of generative AI products within the HBS Foundry team.
Collaborate with top researchers, engineers, and designers to create cutting-edge solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into product development.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
Optimize and improve existing algorithms and models to enhance product performance.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure product functionality and accuracy.
Manage and mentor junior members of the machine learning team.
Work closely with product managers to understand project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient product development.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to machine learning development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in machine learning.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and other events to share knowledge and represent the HBS Foundry team.
Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
