Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Night Shift Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in our production process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up machinery to ensure all production materials are available, and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Changeovers and Maintenance: Assist with changeovers as necessary, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment malfunctions.
- Quality Control: Visually inspect production runs and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance department.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of production runs, including equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Area Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and surrounding areas.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of general work experience required, with prior production or manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
- Industrial Technology: Knowledge of industrial technology and experience operating manufacturing equipment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
