Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable supply chain strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements, with a focus on supply chain operations.

- 7+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations.
