About the Role: HR and IT Admin Associate
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic HR and IT Admin Associate to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. As an HR and IT Admin Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, managing HR-related tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and grow with our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Operations: Maintain and manage essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, VPN gateways, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- IT Asset Management: Procure and manage IT assets, including laptops and other devices, and handle IT asset allocations for new joiners and exits.
- Email and User Account Management: Create, manage, and deactivate email IDs, user accounts, MS Office, and security tools.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide timely support to employees.
- Helpdesk Support: Lead the IT helpdesk to ensure that all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved with minimal disruptions.
- System Maintenance and Upgrade: Maintain, repair, and upgrade systems and processes, including hardware and software programs.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Perform data backup and recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- HRMS and Reporting: Keep track of IT assets on HRMS and manage employee reports with the team and stakeholders.
- Office Administration: Handle office administration and operations, including managing business premises and facilities.
- Coordination with Finance Team: Coordinate with the finance team for rental agreements, AMC contracts, stationery, corporate sim connections, and other administrative tasks.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate corporate and employee engagement events to foster a positive work culture.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems, network administration, and related technologies (freshers with relevant skills and knowledge can also apply).
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking, with the ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac operating systems.
- Solid understanding of best practices in IT administration, system vulnerabilities, and security.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee IT issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work from office (Andheri East) when we resume office operations.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with IT asset management tools and HRMS.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
- Certifications in IT administration, network administration, or related fields.
