Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a customer experience lens in end-to-end planning, program management, and optimization of new AI-powered experiences
- Identify, explore, and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing industry trends, data, and consumer insights to inform digital commerce strategies
- Provide feedback on new solutions and designs in large cross-functional forums, focusing on customer experience and business priorities
- Drive the on-time execution of key discovery and planning activities, leading key business decisions and tracking backlogged priorities to influence roadmap planning
- Author and present detailed strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross-functional partners of business priorities, opportunities, and performance
- Conduct research on market and competitor trends, analyzing consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, strategy, customer experience, and/or AI-related role
- Excellent analytical skills and a curiosity to uncover root causes, making data-driven decisions and developing strategies
- Experience working on customer-facing projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on at least one significant customer-facing generative AI experience or tool that drove tangible results
- Knowledge of and passion for technology trends such as AI, as well as the global retail and/or e-commerce B2C industry
- Proven track record of proactively problem-solving amidst ambiguity, with a bias for action and close attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative bridges and foster relationships with cross-functional and global teams, adapting to feedback and maintaining a customer-centric approach
