They are seeking a Field Service Representative to service, maintain, and commission medical diagnostic imaging equipment while ensuring high levels of customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintaining and commissioning of medical diagnostic imaging equipment
- Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
- Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
- Controlling and completing electronic documentation
- Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
- Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
- Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support
Skills
- Biomedical Electronics or Electronics Technologist or equivalent diploma
- Solid computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Field service experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes
- Must have a valid passport
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and displays strong attention to details
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent planning, critical thinking and time management skills
