About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is designed for early-career professionals passionate about building a career in corporate finance and accounting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate books, preparing reports, and supporting audits within a growing SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily financial transactions, including billing, AR/AP, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Participate in variance analysis and financial modeling activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Support audit preparations, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to automation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (internship experience acceptable).
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or NetSuite).
- Basic understanding of financial modeling, FP&A, or MIS reporting.
- Exposure to SaaS or product-based business models.
