Diverse Lynx is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations. The role involves conducting stakeholder analysis, designing change strategies, and coaching leaders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Design and execute integrated change, communication, and adoption strategies
• Partner closely with executives, functional leaders, and project teams
• Coach leaders and managers to reinforce adoption and sustain change
• Measure adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed
Skills
• Hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
• Strong background in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Healthcare or large enterprise environments
• Multi-module Workday deployments
• Organizational design or operating model transformation
